FAQ

"What comes in a package?"

Each Golf Essentials Package is fully customizable and made to order. You choose what ball, how many sleeves of that ball, a glove hand, a glove size, how many gloves, and lastly, the amount of tees you want. That package is then delivered to your door every month. If 1 month is too often, you can choose to get it shipped every 2 or 3 months.

"What brands do you use?"

In the future, we plan to carry all or most major golf manufacturers. However, right now we offer:

  • The Taylormade TP5x, the Titleist Pro V1, the Callaway Chromesoft, and the Bridgestone e12 Contact golf ball
  • The FootJoy WeatherSof and the Callaway Tour Authentic glove.
  • And standard 3 1/4" wooden tees.
"How long does shipping take?"

Shipping and handling takes 3-5 business days.  With supply chain issues out of our control, please be patient. If your box has not arrived in 2 weeks, please contact us at support@shopgolfessentials.com or contact support at the bottom right.

"How do I cancel/pause my subscription?"

1. Click the profile button at the top right of the page (next to the cart icon)

2. Log in to your account and click "Manage" under your active subscription

3. From here, you can edit the items in your package, pause or cancel your subscription, and edit your billing and shipping details

"How do I reactivate my subscription?"

1. Click the profile button at the top right of the page (next to the cart icon)

2. Log in to your account and click "Manage" under your inactive subscription

3. From here, you can edit the items in your package, reactivate your subscription, and edit your billing and shipping details

"How do I receive a refund?"

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us with the chat widget at the bottom right or email support@shopgolfessentials.com. We will ask you to send your package back to us, and once we have verified all items are accounted for, we will issue your refund within a week (including what you paid to ship it back to us). If we have received your package, but you haven't received your refund within a week, contact us with the chat widget at the bottom right or email support@shopgolfessentials.com.
